The hotel provided effective sound insulation from outside noise.
I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The heat was unbearable everywhere in the hotel, making it uncomfortable to relax. I specifically requested a room with a view, but I ended up with a cramped inner yard view filled with dumpsters and smoking guests. It’s unacceptable that the bedsheet didn't even cover the mattress properly.

Single traveler happy with my stay
The unit was really modern and clean had a kitchen and lots of space. Breakfast was a dream lots of choices that made my morning good.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but the experience worth every penny.

The location was excellent with numerous nearby restaurants, and getting to the main attractions was easy thanks to the tram stop just a short walk away. our experience was marred by a strong chemical smell in our initial room, which forced us to switch rooms. The new room came with some unexpected challenges, such as missing towels. WiFi connectivity was also disappointing during our stay.

We had an awesome stay where we enjoyed the excellent breakfast with plenty of delicious choices and found the room to be clean and cozy. It was nice to relax in the garden area after a long day of exploring. The TV room was a cool spot to unwind in. Although there were a few noisy moments from other guests, it didn't take away from our great experience! 😊

Spacious room with a nice kitchen area. Close to many dining options, which was convenient. Wi-Fi not reliable during my stay. Had a memorable time cycling through the nearby parks.

Just a solid selection for spending a night in Krakow with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff were really accommodating by hanging up our wet towels every day, which was a nice touch. Bring your own toiletries as they don’t provide shower gel.

Great stay in the Jewish Quarter
Our family enjoyed a lovely one-night stay in a Twin Premium room, located in a quiet area with a huge bed that was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast exceeded expectations with a vast range of delicious options, including local specialties that represented the region well. The great service from the staff made our arrival smooth, and they were genuinely helpful in making our stay more enjoyable.
